Huawei today uncovered two eye-catching and affordable devices at the Mobile World Congress – IDEOS X3 smartphone and IDEOS S7 Slim tablet.
At 11.2 mm, Android 2.3 powered Huawei IDEOS X3 boasts of being the thinnest in the 3.2-inch screen range on the market. It has a 3.2 megapixel front-facing camera. The device enables users to manage their communication more effectively and seamlessly sync their social communication channels.
Availability and cost: Priced below USD 200, the Huawei IDEOS X3 will be available in Japan via Softbank Mobile from Spring 2011.
On the other hand, the 7-inch capacitive touchscreen tablet, Huawei IDEOS S7 Slim runs on Android 2.2. It has 3G, WiFi 11-N and Bluetooth connectivity options along with HD video (720p) and HiFi audio player.
Availability and Cost: The Huawei IDEOS S7 Slim will be available in April 2011. It will be priced below USD300.
