We have been hearing a lot about Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 in the last few days. Even Samsung’s JK Shin has revealed that the 8-inch Galaxy Note is indeed coming at Mobile World Congress next month and now the first image of this tablet has leaked online.
Posted by Twitter account ClasificateArg, this image also confirms the previous leaked specifications of the tablet. The Galaxy Note 8.0 is expected to feature an 8-inch 1280x800p display, 16GB internal storage, microSD card slot, 1.6GHz quad-core processor, 5MP rear camera, 2GB RAM, HSPA+ connectivity and Jelly Bean. Similar to other Note devices, there will be S-Pen support. The tablet is also likely to support voice calling (as the dialler icon is visible in the image), similar to 7-inch tab offerings from the Korean manufacturer.
Previous leaks have revealed that the Note 8.0 will carry model numbers GT-N5100, GT-N5110 (Wi-Fi only and 3G versions) and come with a 4600 mAh battery.
The similarities to the Note series devices are very clear in the image. Other details about the tablet are still unknown; we hope to hear more in the coming days.
