You will need the Google Play Music app and a subscription plan to listen to the Play Music All Access on Android. Google is also offering discounted monthly subscription plans to consumers, who try out the service before November 15, 2013.

With today’s release, Google Play Music is now available in a total of 19 countries; all these countries also have access to the normal Google Play Music locker service and content, which can be purchased from Google Play.

To remind you, Google Play Music All Access gives consumers access to entire Google Play Music catalogue to stream and play at any time on any device. You also get a radio like functionality, which generates automatic playlists based on your selection of artist, songs or genres.  All Access also suggests music based on playback history.
