This past weekend, we published a report noting that many Nexus One users were complaining of some issues with their brand new phone on T-Mobile network. The issue was related to the Nexus One switching back and from from 3G to EDGE and vice-versa. The Google Nexus One support forums were absolutely filled with seemingly identical reports.
Happily, it appears as if T-Mobile and Google have been wading through the complaints and have acknowledged that the issue is widespread. A moderator at the T-Mobile Support Forums, Dominic, has posted the following message for all users with issues to see:
“Google and T-Mobile are investigating this issue and hope to have more information for you soon. We understand your concern and appreciate your patience.”
