So, after Google’s very own Nexus One, there is another device device running on Android 2.1 announced for South Korean market.
Samsung today announced SHW-M100S, which will be available in on SK Telecom in March. SK Telecom earlier said that it will be going the Android way to tackle iPhone attack in South Korea. This is second device after Motorola Motoroi running on Android coming to SK Telecom. It is expecting a huge adoption of Android in the country.
Talking about the specs, Samsung M100S comes with a 800MHz processor, 3.7-inch AMOLED touchscreen, 5MP camera with 720p video recording support, Wi-Fi, GPS, T-DMB, DivX support, 3.5mm headphone jack and TouchWiz UI (not sure but look like the new version). It also has Social Networking Service (SNS) and access to Android market along with SK Telecom’s T store.
There is still no word on the price.
