HTC Aria finally became official without any name changes ( as earlier anticipated) on AT&T. The inclusion of Aria in AT&T Android line up will surely bolster their inventory, which till now by pretty outdated with phone like Motorola Backflip.
The new Android 2.1 smartphone will land on AT&T on June 20th at a pricetag of $130 and will be exclusive to the carrier.
HTC Aria comes with a 3.2 inch HVGA capacitive touchscreen, a five megapixel camera, 7.2 Mbps HSPA 3G connectivity., WiFi , 600Mhz Qualcomm MSM 7227, optical trackpad, GPS, proximity sensor, digital compass, light sensor, 512 MB ROM and 384MB RAM along with a micro SD card slot with a 2GB card preloaded.
HTC Aria is just over 4-inches long and comes loaded with HTC Sense UI. It will be available on June 20 at AT&T retail locations nationwide or at http://www.att.com/wireless for $129.99 after $100 mail-in rebate when signing up for a new two-year agreement.
