DejaOffice, a contact management app suite for smartphones, introduced new productivity features for Android-powered devices.
According to a release, DejaOffice features business-class contacts, calendar, tasks and notes apps for Android, and connects the data in a way that lets users manage their daily workflow. The latest update of DejaOffice includes:
-Link contacts to calendar appointments, tasks and notes
-Contextual menus that allow one-tap scheduling of a calendar appointments or creation of tasks with a contact name attached
-Password-protect sensitive data like contacts and notes
-Color-coded categories for contacts, calendar, tasks and notes
-Search any field, including custom user-created fields
-Full integration with the native Android contacts and calendar databases
-Two color themes – Dark and Light
DejaOffice can be used seamlessly with optional PC synchronization software offered by CompanionLink Software. CompanionLink provides two-way sync with PC software like Microsoft Outlook, IBM Lotus Notes, Novell GroupWise, Microsoft Outlook Business Contact Manager, ACT! by Sage and Palm Desktop.
