Samsung to target BlackBerry with QWERTY Android ‘Galaxy Q’

Samsung LogoWhile on the one hand rumors for Samsung’s QWERTY version of Galaxy S are gaining momentum, we are hearing of another QWERTY Android from Samsung. Tentatively named Galaxy Q, the smartphone is supposedly targeted for business users.
Korea Times is reporting that the phone will come with advanced social media features and will try to provide simplicity in user experience.
There is no word on specifications, but Samsung hopes to make it available before year end. Galaxy Q along with Galaxy S will be the main drivers of Samsung’s smartphone dreams.
Samsung is talking with the likes of AT&T and Verizon for launching Galaxy Q. Keeping in mind AT&T yesterday only launched Samsung Captivate the US version of Galaxy S, the chances of it getting Galaxy Q are strong.
