LG to launch ‘Optimus One’ via 120 carriers worldwide

LG truly wants to go one step ahead of Samsung. After announcing plans to launch Android tablet to counter Galaxy Tab, it also announced the launch of its flagship Android smartphone Optimus One via 120 carriers worldwide in the third quarter. Remember Samsung went for 100 carriers worldwide for Galaxy S.
LG wants to to revive its smartphone business with the rollout of the Optimus One, which runs Android 2.2 , LG did not disclose other details, but said the new model will be competitively-priced.
