HTC’s upcoming tablet might use N-Trig’s DuoSense tech

It seems HTC & Google are working hard to make their Chrome OS/Android tablet work. According to the latest leak, HTC might have approached Israeli display technology company N-Trig. N-Trig’s DuoSense technology enables the duality of both pen and multi-touch performance in a single device. Based on an all-in-one transparent sensor unit that integrates on top of any LCD panel, DuoSense digitizers are faster, more sensitive and accurate, use less power, and are easily integrated into existing solutions.
Interesting isn’t it. Rest can only be seen on end result, while on paper it looks awesome. Right now the tablet is at prototype stage and is being developed in absolute secrecy. This tablet is supposedly on track to launch on November 26th, and will be offered with Verizon.

Thanks for an update on this. This products seems to be extraordinary. I will be waiting for the launch. But would have been even happier, if it is released unlocked, not limited to one operator.
