Adobe AIR now available in Android Market

So, finally Adobe AIR is available for Android phones, but how does that matter to the regular users. Adobe AIR brings a whole new platform for developers to create apps for Android, just like you use TweetDeck and similar on your PC, which runs on Adobe AIR.

Adobe AIR is only available on phones running Android 2.2 and above. Right now, as there are no apps to run, you can’t really do anything about it, just wait for a few apps to hit Android Market, it won’t take long.

    Im not sure how much value there is in having Adobe Air available on mobile devices. I only use a couple of Air based apps on my Mac and they would be impossible to use on a 4 inch screen!
