Spice CSL launches DroidPad MI700 in Malaysia

The Joint Venture of Indian Spice Mobiles and Malaysian CSL recently launched the DroidPAD MI700 in Malaysia.  Spice DroidPad MI700 is now available for RM 1,599 [around 23,000 INR or $514] at all CSL retail outlets in the country.

Talking about the tablet, it comes with the latest Android 2.2, 7-inch 16M TFT capacitive touch screen, with a resolution of 800 X 480, Qualcomm MSM 7227 chipset 700 Mhz processor, 512MB ROM and 512MB RAM, 3-megapixel camera, sim card slot, 3240mAh Li-Polymer battery, GSM/EDGE/UMTS (3G)/HSDPA (3.5G) networks support,  Wi-Fi (803.11 b/g) capability, Android Market, and ful set of Google applications.

Considering it is now available in Malaysia, we expected it to be launched in India too, as it has already been officially announced in the country.

    The Spice M1 700 is does not work in China. Why?
