AT&T to launch 12 Android phones in 2011

The US telecom operator AT&T is beyond doubt ramping up its Android operations. The company recently announced an aggressive approach for Android this year, and seems pretty serious about it too.

Phandroid got hold of an internal document, which gives a brief idea about the company’s approach on Android smartphones. This leaked record clearly states that AT&T wants to come up with some Android action. For the same reason, it will unveil around 12 Android devices this year.

While we have seen some of these phones at the recently completed Consumer Electronics Show, more will be announced in the coming months.
