HTC to launch two 4G Android devices at CES

HTC is expected to launch two new Android devices at the Consumer Electronics Show this week. These two devices will be coming to US telecom carriers Verizon and Sprint.

HTC Thunderbolt, which was leaked some days before, will be coming on Verizon as their first Android LTE smartphone. The launch is scheduled in a press conference on January 6.

HTC Evo Shift  4G has also been seen in a lot of leaks lately, and will be coming to Sprint, but we could not find any event schedule in this regard.

In two separate news reports, HTC’s Android tablet launch has been timed for CES and MWC, we think CES is very unlikely, so we expect to see HTC Scribe at MWC 2011 in Barcelona next month. HTC Scribe is expected to come with a 7-inch screen and Android 2.4 AKA Honeycomb.
