Multiple currencies based pricing in Android Market to go live on Feb 23

US based Android developers will now be able to put app prices in different currencies in dev console. The supported currencies include EUR, CAD, CHF, DKK, GBP, NOK and SEK currencies, Google announced today.

These changes will go live on February 23, and if devs have not put any specific currency based pricing in Android Market, it will automatically assign per-currency prices for your apps.

All funds collected from App purchases will be converted to the currency of developers Google Checkout account and payment will be issued to their bank account. Payments will be in one currency only.

Google added that these features will also be available to developers residing in other countries in the coming months.
