Nexus One gets Honeycomb port

So you thought Android 3.0 Honeycomb was only meant for tablets? No more. Android devotees have managed to seep Honeycomb into the Nexus One.

However, the ROM still has miles to go before it actually becomes practical. As of now, 3D performance is slow and basic phone functionality like placing phone calls, sending text messages, using Bluetooth, WiFi, the camera etc are missing.

Features:

  • Rooted
  • Added busybox (if you don’t have a color enabled shell – use dir instead of ls)
  • Added Filemanager from CM7
  • QuickBoot for reboot options
  • Terminal emulator
