AT&T today announced that Optimus 3D will be releasing on its network soon as LG Thrill. Thrill will support AT&T’s HSPA+ network for faster data transfer.
LG Thrill features 1GHz OMAP4 dual-core processor, 1 GB RAM, Full 3D experience covering the full spectrum from recording to viewing and sharing 3D content, 4.3-inch WVGA glasses-free display, Dual 5MP stereoscopic 3D cameras, HDMI and DLNA connectivity and Android 2.2.

We have taken mobile phone technology to the next level with another first to market feature, this time being 3D capabilities,” said Tim O’Brien, vice president of marketing for LG Mobile Phones. “This device elevates everyday tasks and entertainment to a new dimension of smartphone performance, giving LG Thrill 4G an edge over other devices in the emerging superphone category.”
AT&T was vague on the availability and stated that Thrill will reach stores in “coming months.”
