  1. i am impressed by rcom ..i hope they provide support and upgrades later on…

i’d wait for beetel to launch their tablet, and then make a decision…

@gaurav…will u do a hands on ??…and can we buy this tablet without data plan ??…since it has wifi..

  2. and 1 more thing….does it access the market…? or do we need to use slide ME like archos tablets….?
samsung tab 7 is the only 1 tablet to have market access among all the non-honeycomb tablets

    1. @sayantan it comes with Android market… and yes, you can buy it without a data plan as regular device for INR 13K, and use it as a WiFi tablet.. I will try to do a hands on soon…

  3. I have my apprehensions on the TAB’s technical specs….. Why they have not released this info…. B’cos it lack in them… Similar tabs in are available in Singapore for 200-300 S$ …. That’s like 7k or 10k.

If the processor is 1 GHz, with the TAB’s internal memory of min 8 Gb and a really decent screen resolution then perhaps Reliance may be giving it’s customers some value for their money.

I still do not trust RCOM’s intentions.

  4. @Nair, yes. this one looks like a ZTE V9. and thats why the price is so low. but this one has front cam. V9 doesn’t.

processor most likely is MSM7227/Turbo (600/800Mhz).
