Dual-SIM Samsung Galaxy Ace Duos goes on sale in India

Recently announced Samsung dual-SIM Android smartphone Galaxy Ace Duos is now available online in India and we have also heard reports of it being sold at retail stores. Samsung Galaxy Ace Duos is being sold for INR 13,900, which is around INR 3K below the mentioned MRP (INR 16,990) by the company in launch announcement.

Samsung Galaxy Ace Duos I589 is not your normal GSM+GSM dual-SIM phone but a GSM+CDMA device, you can use one GSM SIM card and one CDMA SIM from telcos like Reliance, MTS etc. Other features of the smartphone include Android 2.3, 3.5 inch display with 480X320p resolution, 800MHz Qualcomm processor, 3MP camera and 1650 mAh battery.

The only other GSM+CDMA Android smartphone selling in the country is Motorola Milestone XT800, which was launched in 2010 and currently retails around INR 15-16K.

Thanks Bhautik
