LG teases Optimus Vu, a Galaxy Note competitor

LG is planning to launch a Galaxy Note competitor Optimus Vu. Company posted a teaser for the same on its Korean blog today. It will come with 5 inch display, but will have a different 4:3 aspect ratio.

Optimus Vu is first expected to be released in South Korea followed by a global release at Mobile World Congress. While company hasn’t officially revealed much in the teaser video, a separate leak suggests that Optimus Vu (aka Sketch) will come with 1024x768p IPS display, 1.5GHz dual-core Snapdragon processor, 1GB RAM, 8GB internal storage, 8MP rear camera, Gingerbread (upgradable to ICS) and NFC.

Here is a live photo of the smartphone. What do you think of the form-factor?

Junk !!! I would anyday choose Note over it. 4:3 ratio on a large screen looks crap.
