LG Optimus L3 goes on sale in India for INR 7899

LG has started selling the entry-level Android smartphone from its all new L-series –Optimus L3 in the Indian market. The smartphone can now be purchased from Flipkart and Letsbuy for INR 7,949 and INR 7,899 respectively. Not too much difference in the price at two retailers.

Originally announced at Mobile World Congress, LG Optimus L3 features Android 2.3, 3.2 inch capacitive display, 800MHz processor, 3MP camera and 1500 mAh battery. There is nothing great in terms of the specifications, but at this price – one cannot expect much from the manufacturers.

Other features of the smartphone include 1GB of internal memory, 384MB RAM, and usual connectivity options.

So, is any of you planning to grab this phone?

I bought HTC explorer,SUPER PHONE,i mean u cant compare any mobile’s display in the same range with explorer.Display is the main thing people look at and also considering power.LG optimus L3,HTC Explorer,Motorola Defy mini(which is not available in india) all have same processor that is Snapdragon MSM7225A.Also Galaxy Y has poor screen,Optimus net very bad looks(i have seen it)

Anyway if u want to buy a phone in this range i would definitely recommend HTC Explorer(BRANDING AND STYLE)

      same here 🙂
and with a 240X320 resolution, LG too joins the crap mobile race with Samsung. We need more Explorer kind of mobile not junk.

Why, consumers will go for L3, while they can have HTC Explore for same price and features with strong branding like HTC
