Motorola customer service is pathetic. I purchased defy 1 year back and feel that I have wasted my 15K bucks on Motorola product, customer care dont bother at all….They are not good at updating the softwares also. Sony is updating its mid range phones also to ICS and Motorola did not bother even to update from Froyo to GB..

Defy Mini got same processor as Explorer. So at least it is not slow like the rest of the budget android gang. now comes the price. 11k is a no go. 9k is what it should ask.
