Samsung Google TV hitting stores later this year

Samsung Smart TV with Google TVSo the recent rumours of the upcoming Samsung Google TV devices were true after all. Samsung is going to launch its first Smart TV with Google TV software later this year, stated Google on its official Google TV blog.

This television will come with integrated Samsung Apps support, which already hosts a variety of content for existing Smart TV consumers of this Korea manufacturer.

There is no exact time schedule for the launch, but it should be out before the end of this year. Samsung is even show-casing the device at the ongoing IFA trade fair.

Samsung Smart TV with Google TV will enhance the Smart TV experience for consumers seeking more options and seamless connectivity,” company stated in a press release.

In other news related to Google TV, Google has also revealed on its Google TV Blog that Sony Internet Player NSZ-GS7 will soon be hitting shelves in Germany, France, and the Netherlands following its launch in the UK earlier this summer.

    Please patent it 😉 Google should go to all media because it is integrated across your life these days IMHO.
