So far we had only seen HTC M7 smartphone from the Taiwanese manufacturer’s 2013 line-up, but thanks to the latest leak from evleaks, we now know about two more HTC Android smartphones. Dubbed as M4 and G2, these smartphone will join HTC M7 in company’s Android portfolio, but are unlikely to be launched along-side M7 at the Feb 19 London/New York event.
Both these smartphones will be announced on a later date, probably even after Mobile World Congress 2013, notes evleaks on Unwired View.
M4 will be a high-end Android smartphone with features like 1.2GHz dual-core Qualcomm processor, 2GB RAM, Jelly Bean, 4.3-inch 720p display, 13MP rear camera, 1.6MP front camera, 16GB internal storage, and 1700 mAh battery. Somehow HTC does not seem to understand the importance of a battery in a smartphone – just 1700 mAh battery does not make sense for a HD display sporting smartphone.
An entry-level Android device from the company, G2 will come with 1GHz processor, 3.5-inch HVGA display, 512MB RAM, 4GB internal storage, 5MP rear camera, 1400 mAh battery and Ice Cream Sandwich. It will probably be company’s cheapest Android for 2013.
We hope to hear more about these phones at the HTC event.
