Motorola announces RAZR D1 and D3 Android phones

Motorola has announced two new Android devices in its RAZR line-up. Dubbed as RAZR D1 and RAZR D3, these smartphones will be released in Brazil first. Company did not specify release plans for other countries at the moment.Motorola_RAZR_D1_D3

According to Motorola, the recommended prices for Motorola RAZR D1 is of R$ 549 and R$ 799 for Motorola RAZR D3. Both phones will be sold in dual-SIM and single-SIM versions, however only the dual-SIM version of RAZR D1 is available right now, the single SIM version as well as RAZR D3 will start selling in the coming weeks.

“Both devices also offer optional dual-SIM support, , and advanced camera functions including BSI (Back Side Illumination) technology, enabling great pictures even in low light situations, and HDR (High Dynamic Range), enabling them to take pictures that include widely varied areas of light and dark,” Motorola noted in a press release.

Motorola RAZR D1 features Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, 3.5-inch display, 1GHz processor, 1GB RAM and 1785 mAh battery. On the other hand, RAZR D3 comes with 4-inch display, 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 1GB RAM and 2000mAh battery.

  • Motorola Mobility’s exclusive Circles widget
  • MP3 player and FM radio
  • NFC
  • Scratch resistant Corning Glass screen
