Micromax has announced that it has sold over a million of Canvas series smartphones so far. The announcement comes as the company gets ready to launch two more Canvas smartphones.
The original Canvas smartphone – A100 Superfone Canvas was launched in August last year and since then the company has released three more Canvas smartphones – A110 Canvas 2, A116 Canvas HD and A72 Canvas Viva. It took the company more than seven months to achieve this feat.
Although Micromax does not give a break-up of Canvas series sales, the trends show that A116 and A110 have been the most popular smartphones in the Canvas series.
