Samsung had a pretty successful stint with the original Galaxy Ace smartphone, with Ace 2 no so much, but that has not deterred the company from bringing Galaxy Ace 3. According to a report in SamMobile, Samsung will be launching the third-generation Galaxy Ace smartphone this year.
The phone will reportedly feature 4-inch display, 5MP rear camera, 4GB of internal storage, Android 4.1, and 1500 mAh batter. There is no word on the processor in the phone but SamMobile speculates that it will be a 1.2GHz dual-core CPU.
Samsung Galaxy Ace 3 will be available in four colour options – Metallic Black, Metallic Blue, Pure White and Wine Red.
The phone is expected to be announced around week 22-23 (May 27-June 9) and will come with a dual-SIM variant.
In related news, Samsung has started rolling-out Android 4.1 update for its Galaxy Ace 2 smartphone and it is currently available only in Portugal.
