NTT Docomo’s summer line-up is just limited to smartphones like Sony Xperia A or LG Optimus it, the telecom operator has also include a seven-inch tablet from Sharp. This is one impressive looking tablet but unfortunately we will never see it outside Japan.
Dubbed as Aquos Pad SH-08E, the tablet features 1,920 x 1,200 IGZO display. The IGZO displays reportedly offer great colour reproduction and a delight to watch. The tablet is powered by 1.7GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor.
Other features of Aquos Pad include Android 4.2, 4200 mAh battery, 8.1MP rear camera, and 2.1MP front camera.
According to NTT Docomo, the tablet will make its way to its stores sometime in end of July. There is no word on pricing right now.
In related news, NTT Docomo has also added two Sharp made Android phones in its summer line-up. These phones are Aquos Phone si SH-07E and Aquos Phone Zeta SH-06E and will go on sale in end of June and May 24 respectively.
Both the phones are powered by 1.7GHz quad-core Snapdragon 600 processors and run on Android 4.2.
In terms of other features, Sharp Aquos Phone Zeta SH-06E packs a 4.8-inch full HDIGZO display, 2600 mAh battery, 13.1MP rear and 2.1MP front cameras.
On the other hand, Sharp Aquos Phone si SH-07E features 4.3-inch 720p display, 2100 mAh battery, 13.1MP rear camera and 1.2MP front cameras.
