HTC’s upcoming Desire C replacement Desire 200 has been spotted in Vietnam. This is not the first time we are hearing about this smartphone, but this is the first visual confirmation of the device.
HTC Desire 200 first showed up at a Taiwanese certification site in March this year and the latest leak confirms the specifications revealed as the part of the certification agency listing.
According to Vietnamese site thegioididong.com, Desire 200 will come with 1GHz single core processor, Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich, 512MB RAM, and 4GB of internal storage. The phone will also pack 5MP rear camera, 3.5-inch HVGA display and 1400 mAh battery.
These specifications are below average even for current standard of budget Android phones and unless HTC prices it aggressively, we hardly see anyone planning to get this smartphone.
There is no word on the exact release date or pricing right now, but you can see few more images of the phone along with a video, which is in Vietnamese, below.
