Lenovo India launches K900 with Intel chip & 5.5-inch FHD display for INR 32,995

After a long wait, Lenovo India today took the wraps of its flagship Lenovo K900

Lenovo K900 was originally showcased at Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas earlier this year. It features a 5.5-inch IPS display with 1920x1080p full HD resolution, Android 4.2, 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage, out of which only 10.24GB is user accessible.

K900 is powered by 2.0 GHz Atom Z2580 processor with PowerVR SGX 544MP2 GPU and comes with 13MP rear camera with Sony BSI sensor, front camera and 2500 mAh battery.

Pricing: Lenovo India has priced K900 at INR 32,995

The India launch of K900 follows the phone’s debut in Malaysia and Thailand earlier this week. The smartphone is available now or very shortly in a total of eight markets globally and Lenovo is promising to release it in 10 more by the end of the year.

“Lenovo has built a strong smartphone base in China, and last year we began offering our smartphones in additional markets. The Lenovo K900 is a world-class smartphone, which will compete well around the world. Intel has been an ideal partner for developing the K900 and ensuring an outstanding user experience for our customers,” said JD Howard, vice president, Mobile Internet Digital Home business operations and business development in separately issued press release.

Lenovo disappoints. You heard it here first 😉

Not just me, But millions of people feels the same way since all were looking for this mobile for Rs.25000-27000 or somewhere around 450-470 USD when it get released in US or India respectively.

Quite honestly, I would go for a samsung galaxy s4 using a coupon so I get it for 39,000 which has more sensors.

    DAMN! So Very Disappointing.
