Acer DA241HL is a 24-inch all-in-one running Android with Tegra 3 at core

Looks like a 4K-recording smartphone and an Iconia-series tablet weren’t enough for Acer, the company has also announced a 24-inch all-in-one (AiO) PC running Android today. Dubbed as Acer DA241HL, this AiO will be available beginning mid-October in select countries around the globe.Acer DA241HL All-in-One

According to a press release issued by the company, Acer DA241HL is powered by NVIDIA’s Tegra 3 quad-core processor and runs on Android 4.2.  The 24-inch touch panel on-board this device sports a full HD resolution. In addition, the AiO comes with HDMI out and USB ports. Other specifications are unclear at this moment.

Acer also notes that DH241HL will also support app downloads via Google Play.

“With the DA214HL, Acer introduces the first Full HD touch 24-inch AiO based on Android Jelly Bean 4.2 and featuring NVIDIA Tegra quad-core performance. Users can now find on their home PC the same familiar interface used on other Android devices, such as smartphones and tablets that are increasingly popular for media consumption, web browsing or social media interactions,” Acer noted in the press release.

Acer DA241HL will be sold starting €429 and compete with HP Slate 21, which comes with a slightly smaller display but more powerful Tegra 4 processor.
