Nexus 5 appears in Google Play, to be priced starting $349

After the leaked Nexus 5 press shots from Canada, the upcoming Nexus 4 successor briefly appeared in Google Play US store earlier today. Although the detailed listing was not visible during this period, the phone tagline revealed the pricing of the smartphone.Nexus 5 in Google Play

“Capture the everyday and the epic in fresh new ways. Starting at $349.”

Google Nexus 5 will be priced starting $349 (16GB version). There is no word on the pricing of 32GB version, which will probably be around $399.

An official press render of the phone has also been extracted from the listing and can be seen below. This leak confirms that Nexus 5 will indeed to be coming with a new launcher. Among other changes, SMS integration in Hangouts is also expected; as you can see the stock messaging app has been replaced by Hangouts in the press shot.
