Sony begins rolling-out Android 4.2 update for Xperia L

Sony has announced that it has started rolling out Android 4.2 Jelly Bean update for Xperia L smartphone. The update can be downloaded over-the-air or via PC Companion/ Bridge for Mac applications.

To manually check for the update, go to Settings > About phone > Software updates > System updates.

According to online reports, the update seems to be currently live in India, Indonesia, Philippines and parts of Europe.
