The first photos of the rumoured Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 have leaked online. Shared by SamMobile, these images show that the Korean manufacturer is keeping its usual tablet design with Galaxy S5 like dimpled back on Tab S.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S is going to be a premium tablet line-up and will join the TabPro-series in the company’s portfolio. As per a previous report, Tab S-series will include two tablets – 10.5-inch and 8.4-inch.
The tablets will come with Super AMOLED WQXGA 2560x1600p display, octa-core Exynos 5 (5420) SoC, 3GB of RAM, 8MP rear camera and 2.1MP front camera. The Galaxy Tab S will also reportedly pack IR blaster, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, fingerprint scanner and Android 4.4.2 with Samsung’s Magazine UX.
As you can see in one of the leaked images, Samsung is also going to include proprietary connectors for Samsung’s book cover on Tab S (see the dots on the back in the image below).
There is still no word on the release date or pricing but we hope to hear more in the coming weeks.
