Oppo has unveiled its flagship Find 7 smartphone in the Indian market today at a press event in New Delhi. Sporting a 5.5-inch 2560x1440p display, Oppo Find 7 is the first Quad-HD smartphone to enter the Indian market. LG has also released a QHD phone but it is yet to reach the country.
According to the company, Find 7 will go on sale next month for INR 37,990.
Originally introduced in March this year, Oppo Find 7 is powered by 2.5GHz quad-core Snapdragon 801 processor and comes with 13MP rear camera and 5MP front camera. The rear camera present on the smartphone is capable of taking 50MP images thanks to the software enhancement included by the manufacturer.
Among other specifications, the smartphone packs 3GB of RAM, 32GB of on-board storage, microSD card slot and 4G LTE support. The company has also included the usual set of connectivity options like 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 and NFC.

In addition to Find 7, Oppo has also announced the launch of Find 7a smartphone, which has been priced at INR 31,990. It goes on sale tomorrow i.e. June 11.
Find 7a comes with the same design and looks as Find 7 but packs slightly inferior specifications including a full HD display instead of Quad-HD. Other specifications of the phone include 2.3GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8974AB processor, 2GB of RAM and Android 4.3-based Color OS 2.0.
Oppo Find 7a also includes 16GB of internal storage, 2800 mAh battery, microSD card slot, 13MP rear camera and the usual set of connectivity options.
