NVIDIA Shield Tablet coming on July 22, full specs and pricing leaked

NVIDIA SHIELD TabletJust a couple of days ago, we told you about the NVIDIA’s Shield Tablet and how it was going to succeed the company’s Shield gaming console. Now, more details, by which I mean pretty much everything about the tablet has appeared online.

According to a report in Videocardz.com, which has got access to internal NVIDIA presentation about Shield Tablet, the device will be officially unveiled on July 22. The day is turning out be a favourite among Android manufacturers as Huawei and Xiaomi are already set to unveil their flagship smartphones on July 22.

Videocardz.com also reveals that Shield Tablet will feature NVIDIA Tegra K1 quad-core processor, 8-inch full HD IPS display, 5MP rear and front cameras as well as front-facing stereo speakers. Among other specifications, the tablet will pack 16GB of internal storage in Wi-Fi only version and 32GB of storage in Wi-Fi + LTE version as well as a microSD card slot. The NVIDIA Shield Tablet will be joined by Shield Controller, which will have the usual gaming controls, Android buttons, multi-touch touchpad, and more. It will be compatible with Shield Tablet and Shield gaming console.
