2014: the year of casual upgrade.
Instead of complaining, all i can say is well done Xiaomi. QHD screen is missing but that only affect price & battery life. not to forget it’ll hit by production issue. They are following the old formula of “if it isn’t broken, don’t fix it” and most importantly it brings the much needed multi-back finish inc timber first seen on Moto X. 4G is a must have and luckily Xiaomi didn’t ignore it.
a new version of MIUI with closer to android looks will be welcomed but seems unlikely.

Front and back looks like Samsung’s. And why not you guys introducing below 5 inch and pocket friendly phone. 5 inch is a big and larger to handle. Thats why m still thinking to buy or not to buy a large 5 inch MI3

I am glad that they kept the display resolution and size same as Mi3.
I don’t want Quad HD display and full HD is enough for me and it is for most people out there.

If they can improve the battery life and other display characteristics like brightness and sunlight readability that will be great.
