Continuing the tradition of launching a new smartphone every week, XOLO has now listed a new Q-core series phone on its website. Although the new Q610s is yet to go on sale, the pricing of the smartphone is already official.
According to XOLO website, Q610s will retail for INR 7,499 in the country and for this price-tag, the consumers will be getting a smartphone with 4.5-inch FWVGA display and 1.3Hz quad-core MediaTek processor.
The phone also features 5MP rear camera, VGA front shooter, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage, microSD card slot and 1700 mAh battery. In addition, the phone runs on Android 4.4.2 and packs 3G support, dual-SIM card slot, and the usual connectivity options.
There is no word on the exact release date.
Beta version of Android 4.4 update available for XOLO Q3000
In related news, XOLO has released the beta version of Android 4.4 KitKat update for Q3000 smartphone. It has been listed on the company website for some days now, which means, we should be getting the stable release in a week or two, given no major bugs or problems are found with the update.
Adventurous users can head over XOLO Q3000 page to download the update and install it on their phone. The process is simple, all you have to do is transfer the update.zip file to the root of your phone memory and launch the XOLO care app on your phone, tap on check for software update and then the phone will identify the update file and hit continue.
