iBall to introduce three new budget Android phones in India

Computer peripherals maker iBall is gearing up to unveil new entry-level Android phones in the Indian market. The company has listed three new phones on its website but is yet to be announce their availability details.

Part of the company’s Andi-series, the upcoming smartphones are iBall Andi 3.5F Grabit, Andi 4F Waves and the Andi 4h Tiger+. All smartphones run on Android 4.4 KitKat and include dual-SIM support.

Coming to the specifics, the Andi 3.5F Grabit will feature a 3.5-inch HVGA display, 1.3GHz dual-core processor, 256MB of RAM, 2GB of internal storage and 3.2MP rear camera. The phone also packs VGA front camera, 2G EDGE support, FM Radio, GPS, and 1250 mAh battery. It will retail for INR 3,499 in the country.

On the other hand, both Andi 4F Waves and Andi 4h Tiger+ come with 4-inch WVGA display, 1.3GHz quad-core processor, 1400 mAh battery, 4GB of internal storage, 3G, GPS and VGA front camera. The only differences between the phones are the presence of 8MP rear camera and 1GB RAM in Tiger+, while Waves packs 2MP rear camera and 512MB of RAM.

We hope to see an official announcement in the next few days.

    256mb ram.. God they are going backwards.Understood that this are low budget phones but don’t cut so much that phone bocomes useless!
