OnePlus One to launch exclusively at Amazon India soon

OnePlus One teaserLooks like OnePlus has partnered with Amazon India to release its One smartphone in the country. The e-retailer on Friday started teasing the impending release of the phone on its website and social media channels.

While we are still waiting for an official announcement regarding the availability or pricing of the phone, the Amazon.in teasers are pretty good indication that we would be hearing from OnePlus soon, however if the company co-founder and director Carl Pei is to be believed, OnePlus One could get a price-tag around INR 25,000 for the 64GB version.

The company has earlier stated that it will be using an invite-method to sell the phone in the country, but it is unclear how these invites are going to work on Amazon India.

To remind you, OnePlus One is the first smartphone from the company and comes with features like 5.5-inch full HD display, 2.5GHz Snapdragon 801 quad-core processor, Android 4.4-based CyanogenMod 11s, 3GB of RAM, 13MP rear camera and 5MP front shooter.
