Within days of introducing its first Android 5.0 smartphone “Aqua Star L” in the country, Intex has now launched the Aqua Star II smartphone. Unlike Star L, the new phone runs on Android 4.4.2 and will retail for INR 5,999 in the country.
According to Intex, Aqua Star II features a 5-inch IPS FWVGA display, 1.2GHz Spreadtrum SC7731 quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage. The smartphone also comes with 8MP rear camera, 5MP front shooter, microSD card slot and dual-SIM support. In addition, Intex has included 2000 mAh battery, 3G support, FM radio and the usual set of connectivity options.

Intex Aqua Star II will be released in White, Black, Blue and Grey colour options and goes on sale in the coming days. It will be competing with the likes of Asus Zenfone C, Moto E, and Android One smartphones in the country.
