Samsung might not have officially reduced the price of the Galaxy Alpha smartphone in the Indian market, but the phone is already available for as a low as INR 26,990 at Snapdeal.com. The pricing is similar but slightly higher at other e-retailers like Flipkart and Amazon.
Originally launched in September last year with a price-tag of INR 39,990, the phone is one of the most beautiful smartphones to be produced by Samsung so far. The specifications of the phone also aren’t shabby at all. The phone packs a 4.7-inch Super AMOLED HD display, Exynos 5 Octa processor, 2GB of RAM, 12MP rear camera and 2.1MP front shooter. The phone also comes with Android 4.4, 32GB of storage, 1860 mAh battery and 4G LTE support.
On the software front, the usual Samsung software enhancements like Ultra-Power saving mode, S Health, Private mode, Download Booster, Quick Connect and more are present in the phone.
At the current price, Galaxy Alpha is a great option for those looking to buy a good-looking high-end Samsung Android phone.
