Indian smartphone vendor Intex has unveiled three new Android smartphones – Aqua S1, Aqua Lions 2 & Cloud C1 in the country. Part of the company’s Aqua and Cloud line-up, all three smartphones are affordable and carry a price-tag before INR 5K.
According to Intex, the new Aqua S1 and Cloud C1 are exclusive to Amazon India, but Aqua Lion 2 will be available via brick and mortar retailers.
“With Aqua S1 and Cloud C1 exclusively available on Amazon.in, we aim to reach out to the online consumers who are looking for smartphones at an affordable device,” said Nidhi Markanday, Director and Business Head, Intex Technologies.
“With Aqua Lions 2, we have added a valuable product to our portfolio that sports a sleek and stylish design. We are constantly working towards creating an industry benchmark in terms of affordable phones with high end features and this smartphone promises to deliver the best with looks, features and price,” added Markanday.
Coming to the features, the three newly released phones run on Android 7.0 Nougat and include five-megapixel rear cameras with LED flash, dual-SIM support, 4G VoLTE connectivity, one-gigabytes of RAM, eight-gigabytes of internal storage, and microSD card slot.
Among other specifications, the Intex Aqua S1 sports a 5-inch FWVGA 854x480p display and is powered by quad-core MediaTek MT6737V processor. The Aqua Lions 2 also has a 5-inch FWVGA display, but is powered by quad-core Spreadtrum SC9832 processor. Lastly, the Cloud C1 is powered by quad-core Spreadtrum SC9832 processor, but packs a 4-inch WVGA 800x480p display.
