When will the HTC droid incredible be availble in India?
Also what’s the price of Nexus One in India?

Droid Incredible is not coming to India any time soon. Wait at least six months for the device.
Nexus One is not available in India currently, although you can buy the device from gray market at a price around Rs. 35,000 without any warranty.

Exchange won’t work on my incredible

There was an OTA update about a week back, which fixed the Exchange email issues. Did you not download that update.
