A set of alleged internal documents from Samsung have leaked online and these documents reveal a lot of new details about the rumoured Galaxy Note 3 Lite smartphone.
First, according to these docs, Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Lite will be known as Galaxy Note 3 Neo, which seems plausible as another rumoured smartphone Galaxy Grand Lite is going to be launched as Grand Neo. Seems, Samsung is going for the Neo branding this year.
Secondly, these documents reveal that Samsung will be using a Hexa-core processor (1.3GHz quad-core + 1.7GHz dual core setup), as this is the first time we are hearing about it, we are a little sceptical but we won’t be totally surprised to see it become a reality.
In other specifications, the phone is expected to come with 2GB of RAM, 8MP rear camera, 1.9MP front camera, Android 4.3 and 5.55-inch HD Super AMOLED display. It will also feature 3100 mAh battery, 16GB of internal storage, microSD card slot, and HSPA+ connectivity.
There is no clear word on the release, reports suggest that it is arriving sometime in Q1.
Update: In related news, a live image of Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo has also leaked online. Shared by SamMobile on its Twitter account, the image shows Galaxy Note 3 Neo alongside the original Note 3 smartphone.
